📋 Description

• Drive sales performance within the assigned geography using solution selling and territory management • Meet and exceed sales objectives and key growth product quotas • Launch new product and service offerings • Balance a broad portfolio to achieve territory and business needs • Demonstrate success in growth rates and other sales metrics • Build technical knowledge, verbal fluency, and veterinary practice expertise • Build relationships with and service targeted hospitals and personnel • Interact with customers according to Zoetis promotional guidelines • Use insight and consultative selling to educate clients and connect their business needs to Zoetis solutions • Meet department KPIs for customer engagement and use of Zoetis tools and technologies • Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan • Develop and implement SMART goals across the Zoetis portfolio • Use Zoetis resources, including samples, educational materials, and events, to maximize ROI • Use the Customer Relationship Management system to identify account growth opportunities • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager and adjust territory strategies • Collaborate professionally with Zoetis colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders • Complete Zoetis product and industry Learning and Development curriculum • Complete an annual Individual Development Plan • Travel occasionally, including to regional and national sales meetings and onsite educational trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred • Animal Health experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine preferred • Success in previous roles, including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive sales performance • Uses analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution • Ability to manage assigned expense budgets • Strategic Selling Skills • Customer-focused • Ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly • Professional demeanor and presentation style • Highly focused and results-oriented, able to identify and manage goals and priorities • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment • Willingness to accept and incorporate feedback • Computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook, and ability to learn Zoetis systems • Ability to work in cross-functional, team-based environments through in-person and virtual platforms • Ability to work in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environments • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Individuals requiring sponsorship must disclose this fact
