📋 Description

• Work an open territory as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager • Build relationships with new and existing customers to increase individual territory sales • Listen to customer needs and present products based on customer knowledge, insight and intuition • Coordinate mix-and-match garments for complete wardrobes at great value • Generate excitement and educate customers about Varsity Spirit products • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales Representatives, and State Directors to meet sales goals • Research accounts and maintain accurate account information in the system • Support customer needs including fittings, consultations, returns, and exchanges

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience (inside sales preferable) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong listening skills • Excellent time management skills • Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload • Experience with Varsity’s products and internal procedures preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field • Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing will occur regularly • Ability to work 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
