📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and apply insurance products across a large panel of insurance companies • Navigate and explain Jerry's evolving app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C insurance license
