📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers about their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers with suitable products • Complete paid remote training and insurance licensing • Work with policyholders across varying schedules and needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required; training provided if not currently licensed • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet required: minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
