📋 Description

• Coordinate development of game features and content across cross-discipline and support teams through established development phases • Oversee development roadmaps and backlogs, manage day-to-day operations, and use project management tools to ensure timely deliverables • Manage team scope and capacity and identify outsourcing opportunities • Drive sprint-goal breakdowns and facilitate sprint planning • Develop roadmaps, collect data, and identify over-capacity team members • Ensure sprint deliverables stay on track • Protect teams during sprints by facilitating scope-creep discussions and task trade-offs • Surface discipline-specific support needs and align with the Lead Producer on staffing, co-development, and priorities • Run standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and communication between teams and leadership • Facilitate or participate in bug triage with engineering and QA • Identify impediments, risks, and blockers; create mitigation plans and communicate them to stakeholders • Ensure features and content are reviewed and delivered on time and meet all requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across disciplines and with stakeholders • Proficiency with Jira, workflows, backlog management, and reporting • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with Confluence (Wiki) and other project tracking and bug database software • Proficiency with agile and traditional waterfall production management techniques • Understanding of when to use different production management approaches • Significant industry experience with a proven track record of shipping titles in a production role for a large team of cross-discipline developers • Ability to proactively seek improvements through process refinement, risk management, or personal growth
