📋 Description

• Own the Americas Sales Finance partnership and set the financial agenda for topline growth, P&L performance, forecast accuracy, investment tradeoffs, and business risks and opportunities • Lead the Americas annual operating plan, including headcount, quota capacity, sales compensation, commissions, and investment planning • Own the Americas forecast story by connecting pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, productivity, channel performance, and sales execution into recommendations for senior leadership • Provide financial leadership on deal economics, pricing decisions, promotional investments, and commercial initiatives • Partner with Sales and Renewal Sales leaders to define goals, align KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive accountability • Build financial models informing sales strategy, pricing, go-to-market planning, productivity targets, and resource allocation • Improve the Americas finance operating model, forecast discipline, decision quality, process efficiency, and Finance’s strategic value • Lead or influence global Sales Finance initiatives improving planning, forecasting, reporting consistency, and operating effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or commercial finance roles with direct partnership to senior sales leadership • Strong experience partnering with Field Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success teams • Proven track record in FP&A and Sales Finance roles within high-growth or technology-driven companies • Deep understanding of sales motions, territory and quota planning, commissions, pipeline conversion, renewals, churn, channel economics, and sales performance metrics and tools • Strong cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to leverage AI and automation for efficient analysis and decision-making • Proactive communication and collaborative working style • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Judgment to challenge assumptions, frame tradeoffs, and influence enterprise-level decisions through financial insight • Comfortable working across U.S. time zones, with flexibility to support West Coast leaders and business needs • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
