📋 Description

• Own and evolve a global total rewards strategy supporting business goals, competitiveness, and local requirements • Oversee analysis and reviews of executive compensation programs • Support preparation of executive compensation materials for the Board • Partner with the equity team to manage equity programs and align them with the broader compensation framework • Lead design, evaluation, and delivery of base pay, variable pay, equity, and recognition programs • Lead evaluation and management of health, wellness, retirement, and other global benefit programs • Advance total rewards technology, analytics, compensation review solutions, and workflow automation • Partner with HR Operations and HR Systems leaders • Lead and develop a global Total Rewards team across rewards, analytics, and responsible AI • Build relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits • Experience ideally in a complex, global technology company • Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends • Experience with the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India is preferred • Hands-on experience managing equity programs • Experience in a private equity environment • Strong track record of designing and delivering total rewards strategies • Ability to turn strategy into action, manage competing priorities, improve how work gets done, and build constructive relationships across the business • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to engage different audiences, lead teams, and guide change across the organization • Judgment to move between strategic leadership and hands-on work • Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted without requiring employer sponsorship
