📋 Description

• Manage revenue operations, including billing and invoicing, renewals, collections, and recurring revenue reporting • Manage sales operations, including CRM hygiene, pipeline and funnel reporting, and commercial team systems • Manage marketing operations, including campaign tooling, list management, attribution, and performance reporting • Support finance operations through unit economics, vendor spend, and collaboration with outside accountants • Maintain an organized repository of contracts, terms, and renewal dates • Conduct first-pass contract review against precedent • Handle people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contractor agreements, and offer letters • Turn recurring manual work into automated processes • Expand into forecasting, budgeting, and ownership of more of the finance function as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent hands-on finance experience • 1 to 3 years in an analytical or finance role • Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or business operations at a startup • Genuinely strong in spreadsheets; able to build a model • Comfortable learning new systems quickly • Precise with numbers • Able to structure your own week • Clear, direct writing skills • Healthcare, behavioral health, or health-tech exposure is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with CRM, billing, or marketing automation platforms is a nice-to-have • Experience with recurring revenue or usage-based pricing is a nice-to-have • Resume required; no cover letter
