📋 Description

• Executing high-volume cold calling as a primary channel for pipeline generation • Running outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Identifying and engaging high-value decision-makers within target companies • Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads against established criteria • Booking qualified meetings and demos for the sales team • Managing and updating CRM records with clear activity notes and prospect insights • Clearly communicating the company's value proposition and services to potential clients • Consistently achieving weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets • Providing feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness • Participating in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professional • Strong B2B sales experience (essential) • Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospecting • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Availability to work UK business hours consistently
