📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customer accounts and ensure each project is delivered within agreed scope and timeframe. • Own the software implementation process from start to finish. • Organize and lead customer teams and internal resources. • Develop project plans, maintain timelines, and schedule accurately. • Define project deliverables, scope, assumptions, and detailed specifications. • Gather and document client requirements through questioning, process walkthroughs, mapping exercises, and solution design. • Review requirements and perform gap analysis, identifying risks and ensuring delivery against agreed requirements. • Perform data mapping and help clients produce source-system output for the CMAP platform. • Configure the solution to meet client requirements. • Develop and conduct UATs. • Support clients with processes, procedures, and training materials. • Support clients post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles. • Own service desk tickets, qualify issues with business experts, and prioritize work effectively. • Test the solution as changes are made to meet customer needs. • Present the solution based on common customer use cases. • Review support documentation and external training materials. • Enhance documentation, record videos, contribute knowledge-base articles, and create public and internal enablement material. • Proactively assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, workarounds, and root-cause analysis. • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer requirements are addressed and provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape. • Manage and communicate project changes according to company standards and deliver expected outputs to high-quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the high-tech industry having held roles such as Project Manager, Sales Engineer/Architect, etc. • Experience with ERP/PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile or SAP PLM. • Experience of SaaS software implementation, support and data management. • Technically able to quickly learn the compliance platform and how it can be implemented successfully. • Proactive attitude to planning, scheduling resources, and monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones. • Ability to work with stakeholders to define expected benefits and create plans for their realization. • Ability to form strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to create and obtain sign-off on project plans and keep them updated. • Ability to identify and manage risks and issues throughout the life of a project, product or service. • Organization and planning for platform changes such as security and platform upgrades. • Customer-focused approach to technology adoption and customer requirements. • Effective written and spoken English. • Initiative, organized mindset, complex decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities. • Ability to work under own direction. • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges, identify creative workarounds, and perform root cause analysis. • Knowledge of product compliance, including RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, WEEE, and Conflict Minerals. • Technical knowledge such as SQL and exposure to other programming languages would be beneficial. • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices. • Direct experience mentoring, developing people, and managing performance. • Engineering, chemical management, product/data/configuration management, product design lifecycle, or regulatory compliance background is desired, not required. • Excellent team-player, communication, interpersonal, flexibility, and adaptability qualities.
