📋 Description

• Own the product backlog and roadmap execution for Brello and the HelloWellness Patient Platform • Manage the ongoing migration of patients to the new experience • Write technically grounded requirements and acceptance criteria • Work daily with engineering on scoping, trade-offs, and sequencing • Own release management, including QA gates, release readiness, defect triage, and post-release follow-through • Run stakeholder communication across business, clinical, and operations teams • Lead customer-facing change communications for migration and feature rollouts • Use analytics and customer feedback to prioritize product work • Recommend what to build next • Flag risks early and escalate with proposed solutions • Fully own Brello and the HelloWellness Patient Platform end to end, including backlog, requirements, releases, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a product owner, technical product manager, or similar role owning a live software product end to end • Strong technical fluency, including reading API documentation, discussing architecture trade-offs with engineers, and writing requirements developers trust • Experience owning releases in production environments, including QA coordination, defect management, and rollout planning • Excellent written communication for technical and executive audiences • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a remote, fast-moving team • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship • Preferred: experience with patient-facing or consumer health products, or other regulated-industry software • Preferred: experience managing platform migrations or re-platforming efforts • Preferred: familiarity with subscription/membership products and mobile app release cycles
