📋 Description

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects • Assist with data analytics, due diligence on projects, and administrative support for business intelligence, process improvement, and production management programs • Collaborate with business solutions team members, operations managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders on real-time business initiatives • Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Gain hands-on exposure to banking operations, process improvement, business intelligence, production management, client engagement, and business initiatives • Participate in onboarding, mentorship, speaker series, networking events, and community initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field • Rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred • 3.4 GPA preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong analytical and creative mindset • Eagerness to learn • Experience and/or exposure to Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Query is a plus • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure • Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports • Ability to work remotely 5 days a week, 40 hours a week
