📋 Description

• Facilitate care coordination efforts for members across all omnichannel operations • Schedule members for multiple service lines • Administer assessments and surveys • Complete quality gap closures • Support customer care initiatives • Provide member education • Serve as Arkos Health’s front-line contact for members • Provide positive member interactions across all omnichannel operations • Explain services and obtain verbal consent when scheduling members for designated call campaigns • Coordinate and manage care coordination activities according to contracted agreements with health plans and referring providers • Initiate timely contact, confirm eligibility, document member interactions, and schedule members using the company-appointed scheduling system • Work independently from a remote location when necessary, using company-provided telephonic systems and peripherals • Ensure compliance with Arkos Health and HIPAA guidelines • Perform other call center-related tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Some college or medical certification preferred • Previous call center and/or customer service experience preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology and member care preferred • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is helpful, but not required • Weekend availability is preferred, but not required • Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, especially Excel • Strong multitasking skills, including searching for and typing information on a computer, navigating multiple windows/screens, and accurately inputting information while keeping pace with calls • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong soft skills, including building rapport and matching tone, pace, and timing • Self-motivation and ability to maintain a positive attitude while solving problems and pursuing continuous improvement toward team goals • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check • Eligibility to work in the United States confirmed through E-Verify
