📋 Description

• Provide technical, client, and business-line support to the Americas region and global business line • Support technical services, strategy, new product development, global processes, capacity planning, and technical governance • Identify opportunities for new products and revenue through service expansion and development • Monitor, develop, and manage technical aspects of globally executed regulatory services for Americas customers • Provide technical insight, interpretations, opinions, and recommendations to clients and colleagues • Maintain and improve internal quality systems and technical service processes • Respond to technical questions from the Tech Inquiry Mailbox within applicable turnaround times • Develop SOPs, methods, work instructions, and standard interpretation practices • Develop and conduct technical training for internal and external audiences • Match client needs with Bureau Veritas testing offerings • Monitor customer inquiries and identify potential new service opportunities • Monitor regulatory and industry-standard changes and update or develop testing methodologies • Resolve technical issues across regional sites and with clients • Participate in global processes and continuous improvement • Support client satisfaction initiatives with Lab Managers/Directors and Business Development teams • Interface with client projects, support knowledge-product sales, and participate in industry committees and conferences • Develop technical content for marketing materials and interact with governmental agencies • Partner with Business Development and Account Management on new-service integration and RFPs • Lead implementation of new, repackaged, and extended technical services • Ensure accurate and consistent test methods across the Americas region • Implement and monitor adherence to global testing methodology • Monitor audits and correlation programs and provide technical guidance for accurate test results • Assist with complaint investigations and resolutions • Align regional testing capabilities and capacity with sales and marketing plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required • Master's degree is a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience with customer services and/or direct customer interface • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the assigned service line or related discipline required • Extensive knowledge of applicable expertise areas, such as Analytical Chemistry, including concepts, processes, and equipment • Ability to interpret regulations and standards • Strong math skills and working knowledge of statistical procedures • Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and statistical packages • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and equipment • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation delivery • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time in the USA, with limited international travel
