📋 Description

• Provide technical, client, and business line support to the Americas region and global business line • Support technical services, strategy, new product development, global processes, capacity planning, and technical governance • Seek opportunities for new products and revenue through service expansion, new service development, and customer inquiries • Monitor, develop, and manage technical aspects of regulatory-related services for Americas-region customers • Provide technical insight, interpretations, and recommendations to clients and colleagues • Maintain and improve internal quality systems and technical service processes • Respond to technical questions from the Tech Inquiry Mailbox • Draft and develop SOPs, methods, work instructions, and standard interpretation practices • Develop and conduct technical training sessions in the Americas region • Match client needs and expectations to Bureau Veritas testing offerings • Monitor customer inquiries and identify potential service opportunities • Monitor regulatory and industry-standard changes and update or develop testing methodologies • Resolve technical issues across the region, internally and with clients • Participate in global processes and continuous improvement • Improve client satisfaction with Lab Managers/Directors and Business Development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in related field required; Masters a plus • Minimum of 5 years experience with Customer services and/or direct customer interface • 2-3 years of relevant experience required in assigned service line or related discipline • Extensive knowledge of applicable areas of expertise, concepts, processes, and equipment • Ability to interpret regulations and standards • Strong math skills and working knowledge of statistical procedures • Medium to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and statistical packages • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and equipment • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time in the USA, with limited international travel • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the above
