📋 Description

• Lead strategy, execution, and oversight of innovation initiatives within branch locations • Develop and manage a Branch Growth/Innovation Management Program • Coordinate branch openings, closings, relocations, LPOs, and operational movements across lines of business • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to improve branch operations and customer experience • Design, pilot, and implement process improvements • Liaise with Technology and business units on process improvements and project tasks • Coordinate projects related to banking-hours changes across the company footprint • Maintain OCC Regulatory Branch master updates alongside the FFIEC Branch list • Manage merger, acquisition, and conversion projects and provide conversion support • Manage application releases for Consumer Bank systems, coordinate testing, and communicate required procedure updates • Manage the annual Consumer Bank disaster recovery test with Technology • Coordinate or analyze process improvement efforts • Ensure incidents are addressed promptly and efficiently • Handle branch support and research requests, including cash counters, coin machines, equipment, access, and Technology escalations • Oversee vendor relations, contracts, billing, and invoice processing • Manage the annual equipment budget and service agreements • Oversee system access for Consumer Bank Operations applications and ensure scheduled access reviews • Support cross-departmental collaboration and adoption of new technologies and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 15+ years applicable experience • 15+ years in front line banking experience, bank operations experience, Teller and New Accounts processes, or a combination thereof required • Experience with technology adoption, process improvement, and customer experience initiatives • Indirect leadership skills required • Management skills and experience preferred • 5+ years Project Management experience preferred • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook as a minimum • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to make sound informed decisions • Effective time management and problem-solving skills • Ability to build positive relationships and partnerships throughout the bank • Solid understanding of Consumer Bank processes, internal control, and risk controls • Ability to lead change management and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Must maintain a secure, distraction-free home office and reliable private internet connection for telecommuting • Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens, documents and reports; position requires extended computer use • Must be adaptable to changing circumstances, possible travel and extended working hours
