📋 Description

• Review and interpret executed critical loan documents containing terms and conditions for ongoing loan management • Process related payments, disbursements, critical dates, and payoff criteria • Accurately book or board new, renewed, and modified Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage loans and lines of credit to the core servicing system • Ensure required documents are provided and comply with bank policies and federal and state regulations • Review and book loans within established production timelines and meet or exceed departmental goals and SLAs • Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, Lenders/LOAs, and other bank personnel • Establish positive working relationships across the organization • Complete compliance training and follow anti-money laundering, regulatory, and operating procedures • Support Loan Operations areas, special initiatives, and projects as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations role • Knowledge of loan servicing functions including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans • Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory items • Experience with Fiserv systems software preferred • Good interpersonal skills • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to handle confidential customer and employee information • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to maintain accurate records and concentrate on details • Ability to adjust to a changing environment and meet deadlines • Ability to provide quality customer service to internal and external clients • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Flexibility in work schedule during peak production periods • Secure, distraction-free home office and reliable private internet connection required for telecommuting roles
