📋 Description

• Assists Mortgage Banker as a point of contact for customers, builders, and realtors during the application process • Supports the Mortgage Banker in their effort to increase production volume for the area as directed by the banker • Tracks loans through closing, answering customer questions regarding status of files and underwriting requirements • Completes compliance training, adheres to all anti-money laundering guidelines and procedures and all regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience with FHA, State Housing Conventional, and FNMA/FMLMC loans is preferred • Excellent communication and PC skills required along with strong written and verbal skills.
