📋 Description

• Execute essential functions within the second-line Risk Management Division • Manage stakeholder development initiatives in the Archer GRC platform • Develop partnerships with second- and third-line business units and stakeholders • Serve as Archer GRC system consultant for end-user questions • Develop Archer GRC reports and determine dashboard needs • Drive system change management for existing and future GRC solutions • Lead requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing, and documentation of sign-offs • Design test scripts and review user acceptance testing results in lower environments • Support Archer Governance Committee materials and monitor and present system development progress • Facilitate documentation of committee meeting minutes with executive stakeholders • Manage assigned Risk Management Division operational functions • Execute and plan Enterprise Risk Management Program Roadmap and Archer Development Roadmap initiatives • Develop and maintain departmental procedures and program-related reporting • Perform administration and project management duties • Develop, facilitate, and/or support training on Archer end-user experience, operational risk topics, industry practices, and risk and control standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field • 1-3 years of Risk Management and/or Internal Audit experience in banking preferred • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications or equivalent • Financial acumen • Project management skills • Governance, Risk, and Compliance system organization • Demonstrated industry/general banking and market knowledge • Experience independently leading and executing risk assessments, including RCSAs, and/or assessing policies, procedures, processes, compliance, and operational controls • Understanding of risks and internal controls, with ability to evaluate control adequacy and effectiveness • Effective relationship management and execution skills in a matrixed corporate environment • Attention to accuracy and detail • Thought leadership, initiative, and independent judgment • Ability to operate independently with little day-to-day direction • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with mid- to senior-level management, internal clients, peers, and audit • Strong organization and multitasking abilities • Ability to communicate in person, by phone, and through electronic channels • Frequent computer use, typing, and sustained attention to a monitor • Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods • Ability to bend and reach • Up to 20% travel
