• design customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements • interface directly with customers to promote and sell Magnetics products • design inductors and transformers to meet customer needs • work with direct accounts and distributor sales teams to review sales plans • provide technical training and support to Magnetics Sales Engineers • create and execute business plans to grow Magnetics’ market share • prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations • collaborate with marketing, engineering, and production to implement strategies • manage customer support to meet customer needs
• bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline • 5 to 10 years’ experience in Sales, Engineering, or Business Development in a technical environment • ability to communicate in German, Italian, or Spanish is preferred
