📋 Description

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 GCC-High tenants under federal compliance obligations • Perform user and license provisioning and de-provisioning within GCC High tenant boundaries • Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive • Support Conditional Access policies and troubleshoot multifactor authentication failures • Monitor security and compliance signals, including DLP alerts and Secure Score • Escalate findings to the client’s designated technical function owner • Coordinate Microsoft 365 application patching and update cycles • Respond to Severity 2 and 3 service disruptions and coordinate escalation to Microsoft Government support • Stop and escalate activities requiring client authorization, including tenant-wide architecture or compliance-impacting changes • Escalate suspected unauthorized access, data spillage, or exposure of export-control-sensitive data • Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and incident history • Follow change-management procedures in client environments • Contribute to recurring service reviews covering security posture, compliance alignment, and operational trends • Report to the Director of Operations while operating under the client technical function owner’s functional oversight

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment • Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive • Direct experience in a GCC High, GCC, or DoD cloud tenant • Understanding of GCC High differences from commercial Microsoft 365, including feature availability, service endpoints, admin portals, release cadence, and third-party integration support • Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, and DFARS 252.204-7012 • Experience troubleshooting Conditional Access policies and multifactor authentication • Experience with Microsoft Purview compliance tooling, DLP alert triage, and Secure Score interpretation • Ability to operate within authorization boundaries and escalate appropriately • Experience with incident response procedures in a regulated environment, including data spillage escalation protocols • Experience in a managed services or multi-client environment, including ticket queue discipline, SLA adherence, and change management • PowerShell proficiency for Microsoft 365 administration and reporting • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or SC-300, or equivalent demonstrated experience, preferred • Ability to handle client and company data with care • Ability to follow information security and change-management policies • Ability to report suspected incidents or policy violations promptly
