📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of control system solutions for a food and beverage customer • Serve as a technical authority on food process automation, including process/batching, CIP, packaging, and utilities • Architect PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems primarily using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Aveva • Apply Industry 4.0 and IIoT technologies • Engage with plant and corporate stakeholders across multiple locations as the customer’s engineering partner • Lead FATs, site commissioning, and startup activities nationwide • Mentor and support engineers on the project team • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure successful delivery and build long-term customer trust

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in industrial automation • Strong experience in food & beverage manufacturing environments • Deep knowledge of food processing systems, including batching, mixing, sanitation, temperature control, and line integration • Hands-on proficiency in PLCs, with Allen-Bradley preferred • Experience with SCADA platforms including FactoryTalk, Aveva, and Ignition • HMI development experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical • Knowledge of control panel design best practices • Strong communication skills • Ability to bridge IT, plant floor, and corporate engineering teams • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites 10–25%
