📋 Description

• Provide Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area • Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, priorities, and challenges • Perform process-specific requirements analysis through interviews, document and artifact analysis, business process descriptions, and task and workflow analysis • Create detailed process documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and use cases • Develop business cases for system enhancements and new process development • Support planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new system design • Collaborate with internal and external users or clients to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions • Support process enhancement feasibility studies and data-supported justification documentation • Help determine impacts on existing systems and processes • Maintain collaborative relationships with business and IT colleagues • Support development and delivery of end-user training • Address end-user process questions and collaborate with IT colleagues on process/system support and ongoing issue analysis and correction

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience • AA or BA/BS degree • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Proficient with Google Docs and Teams • SQL query and database knowledge required • Ability to perform requirements analysis and facilitate or conduct meetings • Must be able to pass background, drug screening, and reference checks as pre-hire clearances • Remote hiring limited to candidates in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and UT
