📋 Description

• Gain familiarity with Technical / Associate Training concepts, practices and methodologies • Provide training logistical support, including course coordination and administration • Conduct needs assessments • Engage subject matter experts and support content design • Prepare instructional materials • Deliver and facilitate training courses • Evaluate training courses • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training files and documentation • Accept feedback to improve delivery style, methods, and techniques • Assist with special projects as assigned • Deliver established training courses using proven materials, methods, and techniques • Deliver training to small groups, teams, or organizations with predictable and evolving needs

🎯 Requirements

• AA degree or equivalent • BA degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field preferred • Training and/or Instructional Design certifications preferred • 30% travel may be required • Must be eligible to work remotely from one of the listed U.S. states • Job offer contingent upon background, drug screening, and reference check
