📋 Description
• Manage a portfolio of leave of absences from inception to completion • Maintain knowledge of State, Federal, and Company leave policies • Communicate with third parties while preserving confidentiality • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain relationships • Maintain internal records of leave requests • Partner with payroll teams to ensure accurate payments • Collect and share product feedback during customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of client-facing experience • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with payroll calculations • Comfortable moving between multiple tasks • Adaptable to process and product improvements
