📋 Description

• Oversee daily residential solar installation operations • Manage installation schedules, crew assignments, and project priorities • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to SpartanX quality standards • Monitor installation progress and proactively resolve field issues • Verify projects are installation-ready before dispatching crews • Ensure installations comply with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements • Recruit, train, coach, and develop installation crews • Conduct ride-alongs, jobsite visits, and performance evaluations • Establish productivity expectations and hold teams accountable to performance goals • Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement • Assist with workforce planning and manpower allocation • Conduct field quality inspections and installation audits • Ensure all crews follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies • Identify recurring installation issues and implement corrective actions • Reduce callbacks, warranty work, and installation defects through continuous quality improvement • Collaborate with Scheduling, Service, Electrical, Permitting, Design, Engineering, and Inspections • Communicate project updates and operational challenges to leadership • Support service escalations and installation-related troubleshooting • Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous residential solar installation experience required • Previous installation leadership or management experience required • Strong understanding of residential solar construction, roofing, and electrical systems • Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Proficiency with mobile technology, project management platforms, and CRM systems • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required • Previous Install Manager or Field Operations Manager experience • NABCEP certification • OSHA 30 certification • Electrical or roofing background • Experience managing multiple installation crews across several markets • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
