📋 Description

• Consult with venture capital and private equity clients to match portfolio monitoring and financial reporting offerings to their needs • Assist with onboarding new clients to the platform in a hands-on role • Consult with clients to make reporting as sticky as possible • Build robust Excel reports integrated with company platforms • Complete other client projects on an as-needed basis • Contribute to process improvement projects • Proactively monitor service delivery and take ownership of critical incidents and escalations • Coordinate with resolution parties and establish effective communications between clients and subject matter experts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Conceptual understanding of the SaaS business model • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner • Extreme attention to detail and ability to document processes • Experience working effectively with others in a team setting under deadline pressure • Willingness to work long hours at critical times, such as quarterly reporting, based on need • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university is required • Mathematics, accounting, or finance degrees strongly preferred • Experience with proprietary software, iLevel, is desirable • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Motivation to learn new applications
