📋 Description

• Deliver data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making • Use AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Build analysis behind business cases supporting growth and operational excellence • Analyze servicing and collections performance, application funnels, and contact-center metrics • Build and maintain automated reports and data files for lending partners, investors, and vendors • Map partner requirements to company data and deliver reports on time • Maintain and extend data models in Snowflake and dbt • Support dashboards used by Operations leaders • Apply consistent key metric definitions, audit existing models, and reconcile company numbers against partner figures • Identify performance gaps, test hypotheses with data, and develop recommendations for leadership • Apply AI tools to analytics work, including AI-assisted dbt development and automated request triage • Partner with data engineering, product, and business teams to scope requests and deliver solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role • Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI) • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations • Ability to manage own workload and deliver projects on time with minimal direction • Experience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment (nice to have) • Familiarity with Python or another programming language for data analysis (nice to have) • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have) • Master's degree in a related field (nice to have)
