📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the React and NextJS website • Build new features, optimize existing functionality, and ensure high performance • Partner with backend engineers working in PHP and Clojure to design cohesive end-to-end features • Lead projects from inception to delivery with Product Managers and engineers • Write technical design documents • Create and manage Jira cards • Design, execute, and monitor A/B tests using feature flags • Evaluate experiment impact on user behavior and business metrics • Implement and maintain observability, including alerts, monitors, and dashboards • Investigate and fix bugs and support production stability • Work fully remote and participate actively in the collaborative culture

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of software development experience • More than 5 years working with React • More than 2 years working in a true full stack or backend-intensive environment • Proficient with profiling and optimizing React applications for high performance • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, component libraries, and responsive design • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment strategies • Familiarity with logging, monitoring and alerting, dashboards, and metrics • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend + Backend Engineers • Strong desire to keep growing and take on new challenges • High level of motivation and engagement • Next.js expertise, including SSR, SSG, API routes, and dynamic routing (preferred but not required) • Leadership experience leading teams or overseeing significant projects (preferred but not required)
