📋 Description

• Lead the real estate strategy and site selection process within the Western US • Manage and strengthen relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers • Collaborate with franchisees (Team Leaders) to meet development goals and execute annual growth plans • Partner with Regional Directors of Operations to align real estate strategy with operational objectives • Develop and maintain a dynamic market optimization strategy with support from the Real Estate Analyst • Track and manage the real estate development funnel to achieve annual growth targets • Identify 100+ quality real estate opportunities per year • Drive conversions of 50+ sites accepted, 40+ committee-approved, 35+ leases signed, and 30+ stores opened annually • Ensure all locations meet Sport Clips’ standards for site quality and long-term performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience • 5–10 years of experience in real estate site selection and optimization • Franchise or retail experience strongly preferred • 3–5 years of franchising experience a plus • Proven ability to build and maintain strong broker networks and landlord relationships • Experience working directly with franchisees or multi-unit operators • Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across teams • Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing market growth strategies • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time within the Western US • Ability to identify 100+ quality real estate opportunities per year and achieve stated site, lease, and store-opening targets
