📋 Description

• Lead implementations for organizations onboarding through Spotnana’s partnership with Direct Travel, from project kickoff through successful launch of contracted products and services • Coordinate across customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure organizations are successfully launched on the Spotnana Platform • Manage customer relationships throughout implementation • Raise and escalate issues, gather customer feedback, and submit product requests as needed • Lead on-time and within-scope technical implementations for Direct Travel TMCs and customers • Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions for one-time and multi-phased implementations • Lead project management, including risk management analysis and setting goals and KPIs • Advise TMCs and customers on technical best practices, OID ordering and setup, product and services, Direct Travel education, and EDIFACT/NDC updates • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Travel Operations, and Technical Support • Maintain project plans in SmartSheet and Salesforce • Contribute to internal and external documentation, technical Q&A, and best-practice development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience • Background working with TMCs and in customer-facing technical implementation and onboarding within a highly technical team • Understanding of SSO, ADFS, SFTP, multiple HRIS integrations, and API integrations with other Enterprise applications • Experience leading VAT and UAT phases of implementation • Working knowledge of the corporate travel industry • Ability to manage multiple work streams, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of an organization, internally and externally, and across all geographies • Strong interpersonal communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills • Highly motivated, driven, and passionate about technology and customer success • Understanding of and exposure to Amadeus and Sabre, including experience supporting setup within an OBT • Eligible for remote work in the US
