📋 Description

• Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews • Conduct background checks and team trainings • Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials • Continuously refine processes, SOPs, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or management experience • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills • Polished written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information • Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with an exceptional work ethic and desire to be part of a team disrupting the status quo • Bachelor’s Degree • Must be located in the U.S. for remote work • Empower is unable to sponsor visas for this position
