📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are met • Support, coach, and provide guidance to Project Superintendents • Ensure adherence to the budget and make quick adjustments when unexpected complications arise • Regularly communicate with clients concerning budget, schedule, and quantity tracking • Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the job site • Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve challenges • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all involved parties • Issue One Calls and keep them up to date • Work with Project Engineer on project specifications, Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders, and Quantity Tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 • Procore experience preferred • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to be professional in any situation • Ability to be a team player with leadership capabilities • Must be comfortable delegating tasks • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it is essential for understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and participating in team communications.
