📋 Description

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, referrals, and resources through a clinical phone queue • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members • Assess risk and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up with high-risk members • Recommend action plans and coordinate care with therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources • Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connection to internal and global teams • Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers by email • Follow care-management outreach protocols and identify barriers or disruptions to care • Coordinate with Spring Health providers and Provider Operations • Collaborate with Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow confidentiality, compliance, ethical, and company standards

🎯 Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience • Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions • Availability for Sunday–Thursday, 12am–8am ET or equivalent local time • Flexibility for occasional shift changes • Availability to work holidays coinciding with scheduled shifts • Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking • Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of the shift • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to use various computer platforms, learn new systems, and complete tech-related tasks efficiently • Ability to multitask and context switch
