📋 Description

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and connections to appropriate referrals and resources on an outbound phone team • Provide some inbound crisis line support • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members • Assess risks and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up with high-risk members • Recommend action plans based on clinical presentation • Coordinate connections to Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources • Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers by email • Follow care management outreach protocols • Identify and problem-solve barriers or disruptions to care • Coordinate with Spring Health care providers and Provider Operations • Collaborate with Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist; independently licensed mental health professional • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience • Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills • Acknowledge and embrace diversity and inclusion • Motivated to go above and beyond for members to provide a high-touch experience • Comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems • Efficient in tech-related tasks • Able to multi-task and context switch • Flexibility for occasional shift adjustments • Availability to work 3 holidays per year • Required shift: Saturday-Wednesday, 7am-3pm ET or equivalent in respective time zone
