📋 Description

• Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with multiple health plans according to plan-specific requirements and timelines • Build, quality-check, and submit recurring clinician rosters using Google Sheets and Excel • Verify names, tax IDs, licenses, practice locations, and dates before submissions • Reconcile roster and enrollment records across internal systems and plan-provided files • Resolve discrepancies using lookups, filters, de-duplication, and multi-tab formulas • Process requests to add or remove health plans or state licenses • Manage clinician terminations and plan unenrollments, ensuring correct end dates • Monitor enrollment status and turnaround times; escalate delays and risks • Communicate with clinicians and health plan contacts • Use AI tools for automations, data analysis, and work verification • Improve and automate roster submission processes and maintain current procedures • Resolve provider inquiries with cross-functional teams • Support payer escalations and claims investigations with enrollment data • Update the Alma Portal to match roster data and work with Product to fix errors • Prepare monthly executive-level reports on roster and waitlist accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct experience in provider enrollment and rostering with commercial health plans, supporting a large, multi-state group practice or clinician network • Working knowledge of health plan enrollment and roster submission requirements, including applications, roster files, effective dates, and terminations • Experience improving or automating roster submission or enrollment workflows • Exceptional attention to detail and self-checking against source data • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and multi-tab formulas • Ability to clean, compare, and audit large data sets accurately • Clear, professional written communication with clinicians, health plans, and internal partners • Ability to run recurring, deadline-driven processes independently and escalate issues early • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms • Demonstrated regular use of AI tools to draft, analyze, and check work, including effective prompting and output validation • Proactive approach to process improvement and willingness to learn new systems quickly • Nice to have: experience with national and regional health plans, behavioral health or healthcare revenue cycle, spreadsheet scripts or lightweight automations, or professional credentials such as CPCS or CPMSM
