📋 Description

• Serve as a first point of contact for questions regarding Registrar Office procedures and policies • Manage records related to student enrollment • Provide support and guidance to Fielding constituents from matriculation through their chosen program • Report to the Associate Registrar and receive assignments directly from the Registrar as needed • Perform administrative support functions related to matriculation, enrollment, and conferral status tracking • Onboard new students in Colleague • Produce conferred awards in Parchment for graduates • Advise students and faculty about enrollment confirmation • Fulfill requests for documentation, including enrollment verification letters • Collaborate with academic and other departments to contribute to student retention • Represent Fielding and the student records profession positively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and ability • Major in humanities, social sciences, liberal arts, business, public administration, or educational administration preferred • Minimum two years of clerical or administrative experience in higher education, preferably in a Registrar’s office • Comprehensive knowledge of the enrollment process • Extensive knowledge of tracking processes related to matriculation, enrollment, and conferral status of students • Ability to provide support and guidance to students, faculty, alumni, and program managers • Applications must include both a resume and cover letter
