📋 Description

• Own and optimize end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies to improve provider engagement and satisfaction • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns tailored to key moments across the provider journey • Oversee email, SMS, and in-app messaging from onboarding through long-term engagement • Partner with Clinical Operations, Product, and Data teams to ensure message alignment and a seamless experience • Use performance data and experimentation to drive continuous improvements • Build scalable segmentation and journey strategies reflecting provider behaviors, specialties, and needs • Serve as the primary builder of AI-enabled marketing workflows for drafting, personalizing, stress-testing, and iterating multi-channel messaging and campaign copy • Build and launch full-funnel lifecycle programs, owning strategy, segmentation, copywriting, journey building, and outcome measurement • Establish playbooks and processes for provider engagement across onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement • Drive improvements in provider engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention metrics • Elevate provider communications to increase trust, value perception, and connection to the mission • Integrate lifecycle efforts into the broader provider experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in healthcare or a marketplace environment • Proven success leading multi-channel engagement programs from strategy through execution • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Iterable) • Advanced AI fluency: ability to use AI tools for messaging stress-testing, rapid drafting, campaign analysis, and building reusable prompts/frameworks • Strong collaborative abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and the provider experience • Ability to travel occasionally for team or company events as required • Experience in mental health or health-tech space is nice to have • Experience designing journeys for two-sided marketplaces or healthcare providers is nice to have
