📋 Description

• Track open payer issues end-to-end, ensuring ownership, visibility, and accountability through resolution • Improve RCM efficiency and effectiveness to increase revenue performance and improve experiences for Alma providers and clients • Connect stakeholders, subteams, and workflows across internal operations teams • Serve as primary operational contact for BD counterparts and coordinate payer requirements and claims, roster, complaints, and escalation issues • Participate in payer calls with the Business Development Team to drive RCM discussions and resolve issues • Monitor payer requirements and mergers, mobilizing internal teams to implement changes proactively • Track and report RCM performance by payer, surface trends and risks, and drive improvement • Deliver portfolio RCM performance improvements, payer performance goals, on-time payer initiatives, payer health assessments/business reviews, and stakeholder satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations and understanding of insurance claims and payer relationships • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills without direct authority • Highly organized, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through launch • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity and proactively identify next steps • Clear communication skills for distilling operational complexity for internal partners and external payer contacts • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with ability to monitor performance metrics and translate them into action
