📋 Description

• Support the monthly Earned Value reporting process in compliance with DFARS and Raytheon 10255 policy • Prepare monthly Latest Revised Estimates, Budget Change Requests, Integrated Master Schedule updates, EV anomaly and compliance checks, and Integrated Program Management Report deliverables • Support quarterly Estimate at Complete creation at the Program/SBU level • Maintain Work Breakdown Structures in APEX/SAP • Perform detailed financial analysis for total programs and CLIN-level activity • Define and explain monthly variances to budget baseline and EAC positions • Support ad hoc data reporting • Participate in senior-level projects and program initiatives • Interface with Program Managers, Control Account Managers, Contracts, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field • Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and Lookups • Experience with SAP APEX and related digital tools • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with PMX Tool systems preferred • Experience applying EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification, preferred • Experience with APEX EV (SAP) and working knowledge of SAP functions preferred • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills preferred • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment preferred • Financial controls experience across multiple contract types preferred • Experience with Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures, EACs, and EDIT+ preferred • Experience with external reporting and customer interactions, including IPMR, CFSR, and CSDR, preferred
