📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day execution against master program schedules and phase-gate milestones • Coordinate activities across QC Ecosystem entities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders • Serve as the primary coordination point between the PMO and field-executing teams • Facilitate working sessions, maintain accountability for action items, commitments, and deliverables • Monitor program performance and identify schedule, scope, and delivery impacts • Support transitions from proposal development through program kickoff and execution • Align scope, deliverables, staffing plans, schedules, and execution assumptions across QC Ecosystem entities • Track pre-award, mobilization, and startup milestones and identify planning gaps, risks, and dependencies • Facilitate kickoff planning and handoff from business development/proposal teams to delivery teams • Establish governance structures, communication plans, reporting cadence, and stakeholder alignment • Maintain schedules; monitor risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and slippage • Drive issue resolution, assign ownership, establish timelines, and escalate challenges when appropriate • Support phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments • Facilitate collaboration among technical, operational, commercial, delivery, leadership, project, and field teams • Own execution-focused reporting and status updates • Partner with Project Controls and Business Analysts on accurate reporting and visibility • Prepare weekly and monthly program updates for stakeholders and leadership • Maintain program documentation, action logs, risk registers, and decision tracking • Support governance reviews and executive reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of program or project management experience within data center development, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, EPC, or capital project delivery environments • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program • Strong understanding of program execution, schedule management, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and phase-gate/readiness processes • Experience supporting programs from planning, proposal, pre-construction, or mobilization phases through execution and closeout • Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information while driving decisions, accountability, and progress • Strong verbal and written communication skills across executive, operational, and field-level stakeholders • Bachelor's degree preferred • PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred • Preferred experience with hyperscale data center programs, owner's representative environments, multi-vendor program management, large-scale capital project delivery, infrastructure/utility/energy programs, program mobilization, pursuit support, pre-construction planning, and shared governance structures • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including frequently remaining stationary, frequently moving through a home office, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds • Ability to travel up to 25%, potentially to any or all 50 U.S. states
