📋 Description

• Own the marquee US utility flexibility deployment end to end, from program initiation through implementation and long-term value realization • Manage delivery timelines, decision-making, coordination, and execution • Produce required documentation, artifacts, and assets while bridging functional gaps • Build credibility and relationships with stakeholders at a highly regulated major US electric utility • Navigate the utility’s complex operational layers and control-room environment • Align product, engineering/technology, delivery, and customer-facing teams • Influence product and delivery trade-offs without direct product-team reporting lines • Own the business case, value realization, customer expansion, and revenue linkage • Manage both delivery and commercial accountability for program success

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience at Director, Senior Director, or Head-of level in program, implementation, delivery, or utility-transformation leadership • Deep experience in grid modernisation programs • Strong understanding of Demand Response, DERs, VPPs, DERMS, AMI, and grid operations • Proven experience managing regulated US electric-utility stakeholders • Experience navigating the operational and control-room side of a utility • Recent end-to-end ownership of a complex grid program, including planning, governance, and cross-functional execution • Experience driving core project management rather than delegating it to a separate PMO layer • Commercial or solution ownership, P&L exposure, or value-realisation accountability • Right to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is unavailable • Willingness to travel frequently within the US every 2–3 weeks • Based in the US East Coast, Virginia, Mid-Atlantic, or broader East Coast utility ecosystem experience is a bonus • Experience with physical or locational grid constraints is a bonus • Recognized credibility in the US utility or flexibility ecosystem is a bonus
