📋 Description

• Support the development of curriculum and ensure didactic content meets accreditor standards • Lead clinical playbook development governing supervision, competency progression, and rotation quality • Own program completion, graduation, ARRT credentialing exam pass-rate, and job-placement outcomes • Track leading indicators and identify interventions for improvement • Lead accreditation and monitor ABHES compliance, including annual reporting, substantive change filings, and site-visit readiness • Support employer-partner conversations as a clinical subject-matter expert • Hire, onboard, observe, and develop didactic faculty, lab instructors, and clinical preceptors • Travel to partner sites for feasibility assessments, lab observations, preceptor development, and accreditation visits • Optionally instruct the first cohort virtually or as an on-site clinical educator • Report to the Imaging Programs Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Texas-based, with reliable access to a major airport and availability to travel • Graduate from an accredited radiography program • A Master's degree from a qualified institution • Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification • Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology • Prior Program Director experience of an accredited radiography program • 3+ years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging • 2+ years of experience as an instructor in a program at a qualified institution • Familiarity with program accreditation and regulatory compliance, including JRCERT and ABHES accreditation requirements and process • Strong data and technical literacy, prioritizing leading indicators over retrospective, end-of-year metrics
