📋 Description

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including hit ratios, premium growth, loss ratios, claims trends, and retention • Use data insights to inform strategy and mitigate risk • Oversee policy and form development, review, and continuous improvement • Review and manage referrals or exceptions, including non-renewals and cancellations • Analyze claims and loss reports to identify trends and areas of concern • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across departments • Provide guidance, insights, and approvals for customer-facing content • Cultivate and manage carrier partnerships • Identify best-fit carriers and lead ongoing communication to maintain, enhance, and expand program offerings • Architect and refine sales and support processes, including distribution strategy, technology platforms, account management, accounting, and surplus lines compliance • Identify and apply AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, to improve efficiency and decision-making • Partner with Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders for seamless program execution • Prepare business cases and executive summaries to influence strategic decisions and leadership alignment • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry • Strong understanding of underwriting principles, claims, program management, and carrier relationships • Proficiency with insurance platforms, data analysis tools, and emerging technologies • Experience leveraging generative AI to improve efficiency and support program development • Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ASLI, or equivalent strongly valued • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities • Proven success driving growth, optimizing performance, and supporting program adoption
