📋 Description

• Provide daily oversight and guidance to the case management team • Assess team productivity and quality and report performance, improvement opportunities, and related activities to senior leadership • Liaise between the program, client, ancillary providers, and internal leadership • Streamline communication regarding process, quality, performance, and expectations • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and partners • Participate in recruitment, hiring, interviewing, training, coaching, development, and performance management • Collaborate cross-departmentally on launches, program expansions, and internal or client-facing initiatives • Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures • Support strategic direction and implement processes for new and existing customers • Support complex or escalated cases involving clients, HCPs, patients, and ancillary providers • Manage a remote team across all time zones • Monitor program projects, metrics, milestones, and risks • Lead meetings and provide regular program and project updates • Ensure staffing needs are met and solve staffing issues • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processes • Manage team timekeeping, PTO requests, and timecard approvals • Participate in ongoing professional training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge and experience in a healthcare setting • Typically 2–4 years of experience in a pharmacy, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background with a customer service focus • Previous experience in people management and leading remote teams preferred • Excellent follow-through, determination, and tenacity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to embrace ambiguity and change • Ability to manage crises and volatile situations effectively • Ability to mentor and empower team members • Ability to facilitate collaboration across a distributed and remote environment • Ability to hold self and team accountable for outcomes and compliance • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision • Leadership and teambuilding skills • Strong aptitude for influence and negotiation • Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostic market and relevant patient access and reimbursement challenges • College degree (bachelor’s or associate degree) preferred • Ability to work in a professional virtual office environment from the employee’s home address • Prolonged desk and computer work • Keyboarding and speaking • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Flexibility to work across various time zones
