📋 Description

• Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve our member growth • Expand and maintain existing web and mobile applications • Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently • Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning • Advocate for high engineering standards, including test coverage, documentation, and observability • Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and respond to production issues • Collaborate flexibly across time zones, as needed, to support distributed teams and stakeholders • Lead initiatives to define and implement scalable system designs • Own technical delivery for complex projects or subsystems • Break down ambiguous or complex requirements into manageable, shippable units • Drive technical and architectural discussions within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React • Proven ability to independently lead the delivery of complex technical projects • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture • Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, and Iterable • Experience designing and maintaining GraphQL APIs • Experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to other engineers
