Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Conduct post-visit review of completed in-home appointments, confirming lab draws, documentation, and required paperwork were completed accurately and on time • Monitor and track lab results and imaging reports through Quest and other clinical applications • Identify missing, delayed, or incomplete results • Follow up with labs, providers, and internal teams to locate missing results, notes, or documentation and resolve gaps within defined SLAs • Upload, organize, and manage clinical documents accurately and promptly • Escalate clinical concerns or documentation gaps to appropriate clinical or operational teams • Support outbound patient outreach calls, including result delivery or appointment follow-up calls, as business needs require • Monitor daily workflows for gaps or inefficiencies and suggest or support process improvements • Adapt to updated SOPs, tools, and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical healthcare environment • Working knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy standards, and common medical terminology • Experience reviewing or tracking lab results, clinical documentation, or medical records • Experience communicating with doctors’ offices, hospitals, labs, and clinics by phone and email to resolve missing information • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software • Fluency with Mac OS, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and ticketing systems such as Zendesk • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when handling PHI and clinical documentation • Strong written communication skills and ability to document clearly and accurately • Comfort making occasional outbound patient calls • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated with strong follow-through, accountability, and ownership • Preferred: experience working in an EMR; Elation experience is a plus • Preferred: experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems • Preferred: experience with lab result tracking or medical records follow-up • Preferred: experience handling outbound patient calls • Preferred: experience in a fast-paced startup, on-demand service, or scaling healthcare environment
