Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for NPs and Sprinters on timesheet, mileage, and documentation questions • Follow up on timesheet submissions, PTO entries and approvals, and sick time before payroll close • Validate weekly mileage and hours against policies and protocols • Review and abstract supporting documentation for mileage and time submissions • Approve expenses within set parameters • Pull data and track peer audits and bonus incentives • Deliver weekly exception reports to managers with complete documentation • Maintain attendance, call-off, and workforce planning trackers • Track training completion and annual compliance for clinical teams • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports • Support workforce logistical planning • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and workforce metrics • Manage administrative escalation trackers and follow up on open items • Route non-clinical operational issues to appropriate teams • Maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation • Track project milestones and action items and support workflow launches • Participate in internal audits, identify documentation gaps, and recommend process improvements • Flag recurring workflow issues and propose fixes • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other standards • Report to the Director of Quality & Training

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role • 2+ years of demonstrated success identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and improve operational success • Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day direction • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Proficient in EHR systems and Google tools • Reliable internet connection and dedicated, secure workspace • Available to work CST or PST hours • Familiarity with multi-state payroll or leave compliance preferred • Experience in healthcare operations, medical group administration, or home health/home care preferred • Experience supporting a distributed or regional field team preferred • Prior use of Rippling or a similar HRIS platform preferred • Must accept a temporary position • Monday-Friday full-time availability
