📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding of new providers from offer acceptance through readiness to practice • Recredential legacy providers to maintain compliance and continued practice • Collect, review, and verify education, training, work history, certifications, and malpractice coverage documentation • Prepare and submit enrollment applications to payors and required entities • Track application status, follow up proactively, and resolve deficiencies • Prepare, submit, and track initial and renewal state license applications across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements and timelines • Monitor license expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines • Communicate with state boards and regulatory agencies regarding questions, requests, or discrepancies • Submit new payor enrollment and re-enrollment applications with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors • Complete payor-specific forms, attestations, and provider-status updates • Prepare and submit payor rosters • Track enrollment progress and escalate billing or reimbursement risks • Maintain organized credentialing, licensing, and enrollment records • Communicate timelines, status updates, and risks to internal stakeholders and providers • Use structured workflows, checklists, and documentation standards for high-volume work • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment, including multistate operations • Experience with creating and maintaining CAQH accounts • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, document-heavy workflows • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a startup, growth-stage, or fast-paced healthcare environment • Experience in credentialing and enrolling advanced practice providers and/or physicians preferred • Familiarity with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors preferred • Experience supporting provider onboarding at scale or in high-growth organizations preferred • Experience with credentialing and enrollment platforms, payer portals, or compliance tracking tools preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
