📋 Description

• Support change management activities for enterprise initiatives such as system implementations, process transformations, and organizational changes • Assist with stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication plans, and training and enablement plans • Support execution of change activities across one or more projects • Track change actions, risks, and issues and escalate as needed • Draft internal communications including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet content • Maintain communication calendars and distribution lists • Coordinate reviews and approvals with project and business stakeholders • Support development of training materials such as slide decks, job aids, and quick reference guides • Assist with training logistics including session scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection • Update materials based on stakeholder feedback • Participate in project meetings and capture notes and action items • Maintain OCM trackers, logs, and documentation • Coordinate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to stay aligned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
